You can choose either to claim through bank transfer or cash pick up. For bank transfer, bring any proof of your bank account (bank-issued passbook transaction, bank certification, etc.) upon application. No, but if you pay in advance, you may benefit from interest re-calculation through the form of Full Early Repayment (FER) and Partial Early Repayment (PER). FER is a feature wherein client can pay his/her remaining balance in full, less the interest in the remaining months. PER is a feature wherein client can pay more than the declared fix monthly due to shorten the payment terms. The minimum PER amount is at least a total of 2 monthly installments by default and the monthly installment amount will never changed.

Once Home Credit receives your complete documentary requirements, it will take a maximum of 90 working days for the claim to be processed to give time for our insurance provider to review and approve the request.
