Do you have an escalation?
- You can email us at info@homecredit.ph with the subject “Complaint – (Loan Account Number).” Please include the following details:
- A description of your concern
- Your phone number where we can best reach you
- Any relevant documents as attachment
- Full Name, including Middle Name (ex. John Gomez dela Cruz)
- Date of Birth (ex. January 1, 1990):
- Are you the account holder? (Yes or No):
- Your email address registered here in our system
- You will immediately receive an acknowledgment email with the ticket number for your complaint.
- A complaint specialist will investigate the concern and work towards a resolution.
- We may contact you via your provided mobile number or email address for more efficient communication.
- While some complaints can be resolved quickly, others may require coordination with different departments and may take 7-30 days to be resolved.
- We will update you regularly via email or phone until your complaint is fully resolved.
- If the resolution will take more than 30 days, we will notify you in advance.
