What are the security features of HCPay QR?
In addition, there are several security features in place for you:
- Every login to My Home Credit App requires a PIN. It is strongly recommended that you keep this information to yourself to protect you from fraud and/or identity theft.

How do I save a biller in My Home Credit app?
First, make sure that you have the latest version of the My Home Credit App. You have two easy options on how to save a biller.
A. Tap on the Save Biller "+" icon- 1. Tap Pay Bills
- 2. Tap "+" to save a new biller shortcut
- 3. Search and select the biller name
- 4. Enter your billing details
- 5. Enter your preferred Biller Nickname and set your Payment Reminders (optional)
- 6. Tap "Save" to continue

How do I pay from a payment reminder notification?
From the My Home Credit App notification or message reminder in the app inbox , just click the "Pay My Bill" option, enter your bill amount, then proceed to your payment confirmation.
Will the bill payment reminder auto-deduct the amount from my Home Credit funds?
No, the notification is just a payment reminder that your biller is due based on the recurrence that you have entered when you first saved it. To proceed with the payment, just click the "Pay My Bill" option and proceed on the next steps.
When will I receive the bill payment reminder?
All payment reminders are sent via My Home Credit App notification and email every 6am of your preferred date.
How do I delete a saved biller?
To delete, select the saved biller, click the ellipsis
How do I change the details of my saved biller?
To edit, select the saved biller, click on the "pencil" icon on the specific account detail you want to update then edit. You may also click ellipsis for more options at the upper right, tap "Edit" then update specific details.
