Home Credit x Smart Holiday Raffle Promo

Promo is open to all Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients with active accounts & good credit standing who have received a notification via Email, SMS, and Push Notification on My Home Credit App.

Mechanics

1. The promo is exclusive to all Home Credit Users who will buy and load Smart and TNT products using the My Home Credit App for the promo duration period, and in good credit standing.
2. Account Holders must load a participating Smart and TNT product via the My Home Credit App  during the promo period.
3. Account holders must load from December 15, 2024 (12:00 AM, Philippine Standard Time) to February 28, 2025 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) in order to qualify. 
4. The eligible Smart and TNT products will get the corresponding raffle entries in the table.

5. Eligible account holders will get a chance to win these prizes:

Draw date: March 7, 2025 (Friday)
Venue: Via MS Teams

6. Winners can only win once.
7. All prizes are non-transferrable. Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash.
8. Names of the winners will be announced on the My Home Credit App  or via Social Media pages of Home Credit
9. Winners must bring the following to claim the prize:
o 1 valid ID (SSS ID, Driver's license, Passport, and other acceptable valid government-issued ID) with complete real name, age, gender, and picture.
o Photocopy of valid ID
*An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:
o Signed authorization letter from the winner
o Photocopy of the Valid ID
o Valid ID of the authorized representative
10. Smart, GATE, and Home Credit employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle. 
11. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of notice (text/call/email). Prize/s not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Smart with approval from DTI-FTEB.
12. Each winner shall allow Home Credit to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.
13. Home Credit will monitor the earning of raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries, and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of representatives from Home Credit, Smart, and DTI on the date of the raffle. 
14. Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to Home Credit regarding the raffle entries earned.  All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.

1.    Customer’s account must be active to be eligible for the promo. 
2.    Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
3.    HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
4.    Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.
5.    Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card & HCQWARTA and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Promo is open to all Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients with active accounts & good credit standing who have received a notification via Email, SMS, and Push Notification on My Home Credit App.

Promo period is from December 19, 2024 to February 28, 2025.

Customers participating in this promo may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.

There is no minimum transaction amount required but qualified clients will only earn raffle entry/entries on the eligible Smart and TNT products listed in the promo mechanics.

Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients who cancel their transactions within the promo period will be disqualified/will be exempted on the list of eligible customer. Customers whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are also disqualified from the promo.
