Promo is open to all eligible Home Credit customers who: 

- Are taking a cash loan with Home Credit 
- Are existing cash loan clients who have had at least 2 cash loans in the past and 1 active loan during the promo period 

1. This raffle promo runs from November 4, 2024 – January 15, 2025. 

2. This raffle promo is open to all eligible Home Credit customers who: 

Are taking a cash loan with Home Credit 

Are existing cash loan clients who have had at least 2 cash loans in the past and 1 active loan during the promo period 

3. To qualify, customers must: 

ALL CASH LOAN ELIGIBLE - apply & sign a NEW cash loan contract and claim the cash within the promo period 

EXISTING CUSTOMERS WITH ACTIVE LOAN - have had at least 2 cash loans in the past, must have 1 active loan during the promo period 

4. Customers who will not claim their cash loan; who will avail cooling-off/full early repayment; who will have their existing loan contract end before the promo period; and those who will cancel their contract by the time of the raffle will not be eligible. 

5. Qualified customers will get the chance to win one of the following:  

60 winners, overall: 

Forty (40) winners will be selected among regular cash loan clients to win PHP 20,000 cash prize each 

Twenty (20) winners will be selected among existing cash loan clients to win PHP 10,000 cash prize each

8. Home Credit and its partner retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo. 

9. Customer’s contract must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win. 

10. Customers who cancel their application will be disqualified from the draw. 

11. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers. 

12. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.

1. Customer’s account must be active to be eligible for the promo.  

2. Home Credit Cash Loan clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.  

3. All qualified entries will be drawn via electronic raffle draw witnessed by a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative during the raffle draw dates.  

4. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).  

5. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.  

6. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Cash Loan and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.  

1. A DTI representative will be invited on October 18, 2024 to verify the system to be used in the raffle draws. 

2. Raffle draws will be held in HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. Office, 15th Floor Ore Central 9th Avenue corner 31st Street Fort Bonifacio Taguig City, in the presence of a DTI representative on the following schedules: 

3. Winners will be notified by Home Credit via call, SMS, email and registered mail.  

4. Winners will be announced via Home Credit Philippines official Facebook page. 

5. Once winner announcement is released, Home Credit will contact the winners via their registered lines. Winners must present proper documentations (soft copy) via email as part of the cash prize awarding process: 

• Full Name 
• Updated and complete address 
• Email & Phone Number (for notification of cash disbursement purposes) 
• TIN Number 
• Valid Govt ID 
• Preferred Bank Account for cash prize deposit 
• Bank Account Number 
• Bank Branch & Address 
• Banking Proof/Banking Document showing bank account number & winner's full name (Deposit Slip/Passbook/Banking App) 

6. Redemption period of prizes is 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval. 

7. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. 

8. All raffle prizes are non-transferrable.
