- The promo is exclusive to all Home Credit Users who will load Smart and TNT products for the promo duration period.
- Account Holders must load a participating Smart and TNT product via the Home Credit Mobile Application during the promo period.
- Account holders must load from February 18 to April 30, 2021 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) in order to qualify.
- The eligible Smart and TNT products will get the corresponding raffle entries in the table.

- Winners can only win once.
- The prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
- Winners shall be notified via call out from Smart hotline and registered mail.
- Names of the winners will be announced on the Home Credit Mobile App.
- For NCR winners, winners to claim at Gate Head Office, 11F IBM Plaza, Eastwood City, QC. For provincial winners, the prizes to be arranged accordingly given the pandemic situation.
- Winners must bring the following to claim the prize:
- 1 valid ID (SSS ID, Driver’s license, Passport, and other acceptable valid government-issued ID) with complete real name, age, gender, and picture.
- Photocopy of valid ID
*An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:
- Signed authorization letter from the winner
- Photocopy of the Valid ID
- Valid ID of the authorized representative
- Smart, GATE, and Home Credit, their affiliates and advertising agency, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
- Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered mail. Prizes unclaimed shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
- Each winner must allow Home Credit to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.
- Winners will be drawn automatically and will be contacted via text/call. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days after being notified by Home Credit, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of SMART with prior approval from DTI.
- GATE will monitor the earning of raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries, and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of representatives from Home Credit, Smart, and DTI on the date of the raffle.
- Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to Home Credit regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
- Home Credit to send an SMS notification regarding the total raffle entries earned to their account holders.
