||A. Promo Mechanics for Winners of P500 SM Gift Pass
1. Promo runs from October 8 – December 31, 2021 at the participating SM Malls.
2. For a minimum single receipt purchase of P3,000 via Tap to Pay through VISA Credit Card in any of the participating SM Retail Affiliate stores inside the participating SM malls gives the cardholder a chance to win P500 worth of SM Gift Pass.
3. Upon completing the minimum single receipt transaction of P3,000 the cardholder must scan the QR at the cashier, input his/her mobile number and shall generate a message indicating whether the customer win or lose.
4. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption.
5. To claim SM Gift Pass, winner must present the following at the Customer Service Counter of The SM Store located inside the SM Supermalls where the transaction was made for validation:
– Winning message with reference number
– Original Transaction Receipt (Original & Untampered)
– Original Charge slip (customer copy) – surrender
– VISA Credit Card Used
– Valid ID
6. Customer to sign acknowledgement receipt.
7. Transaction receipt and charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of SM Gift Pass.
8. Redemption of SM Gift Pass is good until 60 days from end of promo period
9. Prize is non-convertible to cash.
10. The SM Store and Visa will not replace lost or damage SM Gift Pass caused by the cardholder.
11. All employees of SM Supermalls, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
||B. Promo Mechanics for Winners of P100,00 Shopping Spree
1. Spend P5,000 in one of the SM Retail Affiliates paid using Philippine-issued credit card of VISA (Contactless) entitles a cardholder to one (1) electronic raffle entry for a chance to win P100,000 Shopping Spree (SM Gift Cards)
2. The cardholder must enroll his/her transaction by scanning the QR code. Customer to input:
a. Contact Number
b. Visa Credit Card Number (first 6 digits)
c. First and Last Names
e. Full Address
f. Charge Slip Number
g. Total Amount of Charge Slip
h. Enter Name of Merchant
i. Photo Upload of Charge Slip
3. Purchase of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to any raffle entry.
4. Promotion period is from October 8, 2021 (10AM) to December 31, 2021 (11AM).
5. Electronic Raffle Draw will be held on January 14, 2022, at 11 am in the presence of DTI and SM representative.
6. There will be Eight (8) winners of P100,000 Shopping Spree (SM Gift Cards) that will be randomly selected using an e-raffle system. One (1) winner per mall.
7. All raffle draws will be conducted with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. SM will shoulder the cost of 20% prize tax.
9. A cardholder can only win once.
10. Prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferrable.
11. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Supermalls with the prior approval of DTI.
12. Prizes can be claimed at Customer Service of each mall’s SM Store.
13. Upon claiming the prize, winner must present and submit the following:
a) One (1) government issued I.D. with photo (e.g. Driver’s License, SSS card, Passport)
b) Valid TIN
c) Winning VISA Credit Card (contactless) used for the winning transaction
d) Winners must sign the Claim Certificate prior to claiming of prize.
e) If a representative is claiming the prize in behalf of the winner, he/she must present an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner’s card used for the
winning transaction and valid identification (Passport, Driver’s License or SSS I.D. of both the winner and his/her representative).
The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification and a copy of the winner’s TIN.
14. All employees of SM Supermalls, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

4. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, or fulfillment, Home Credit’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Home Credit.
