||1. The promo is open to qualified Home Credit Cardholders who received a communication offer from Home Credit via its media channels (SMS, Push Notification, Email, In-App Banner).
2. Promo will run from June 16 – August 15, 2022.
3. Qualified transactions are purchases (in-store, online, buyload, bills payment, and QR code) made using the Home Credit Card within the promo period.
4. Home Credit Cardholder qualify for the rebate upon reaching the minimum accumulated spend required indicated in the communication offer they have received.
5. The promo may be availed once per cardholder. Earned rebates will automatically be credited to the cardholder’s credit card account on or before August 31, 2022.
6. Cancelled or disputed transactions are not eligible for the promo rebate.
7. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The rebate is non-transferable.
8. This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers and promos.
9. By joining this promo, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
10. Home Credit Cardholders whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
11. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
12. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.
13. The promo is subject to the terms and conditions governing the issuance of the Home Credit Card.
