Nothing! We, Home Credit and iflix, took care of everything for you so you won’t need to do or buy anything to use this voucher. Go ahead and use the code we sent you.
Steps are easy:
1. Copy the voucher code we sent you via My Home Credit app.
2. You can go to www.iflix.com using your mobile browser, or download the the iflix app which is available in Android.
3. Under the Profile icon, click Redeem Voucher.
4. Paste your voucher code and then click Redeem.
Take note that existing users will be asked to log in. If you’re a new iflix user, you need to sign up for an account to use your voucher.
Once voucher is redeemed, you will have access to all free and VIP content in iflix’s library good for 30 days.
Yes! If you have just signed up and received your free 30-day VIP access, this voucher entitles you to an additional 30 days of VIP access.
Yes! If you are currently using the free subscription, you may still use the voucher to access the VIP library. After the 30-day validity, your membership will revert to the free tier.
If you already have a paid VIP subscription, you need to stop your subscription by going to the Profile icon and clicking My Account to manage your subscription, so that you can redeem the voucher.
You may report any errors and/or request to stop your VIP subscription by sending an email to support+ph@iflix.com.

Yes! Your account can be accessed on multiple devices, and used simultaneously on up to two (2) different devices.
To continue with a paid VIP subscription, click on the profile account and click “Get more VIP” to browse different plans and payment options.
Home Credit currently does not offer iflix subscriptions, but if you have a Home Credit Card, you may use this to pay for your succeeding iflix VIP subscription.
