2. Eligible account holders will get a chance to win these prizes:

3. Clients will be notified of their total number of entries earned on or before January 31, 2023.
4. Winners can only win once.
5. All prizes are non-transferrable. Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash.
6. Names of the winners will be announced on the My Home Credit App or via Social Media pages of Home Credit, at the sole discretion of Home Credit.

7. Winners must bring the following to claim the prize:
– 1 valid ID (SSS ID, Driver’s license, Passport, and other acceptable valid government-issued ID) with complete real name, age, gender, and picture.
– Photocopy of valid ID
*An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:
– Signed authorization letter from the winner
– Photocopy of the Valid ID
– Valid ID of the authorized representative
8. Smart, GATE, and Home Credit employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
Each winner shall allow Home Credit to use his/her name or picture in its marketing
communication materials.
9.Winners will be drawn via randomizer and will be contacted via text/call. All prizes must be
claimed within 60 days after being notified by Home Credit, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in
favor of SMART with prior approval from DTI.
10. Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days from the end of the promo to report possible
disputes to Home Credit regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are
deemed final after this cut-off date.
