Promo Details	This raffle promo is open to all Home Credit customers that are eligible for a cash loan offer from August 1 to August 31, 20221. To qualify, eligible cash loan customers must sign a contract and claim their cash loan offer during the promo duration. One (1) signed cash loan contract is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. Qualified customers will get the chance to win one of the following: 25 winners, overall: Five (5) winners of waived loan Twenty (20) winners of Apple iPad All qualified entries will be drawn via electronic raffle draw on September 6, 2022, 3pm with the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative. A customer can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higher value. Winners will be notified by Home Credit via call, SMS, email and registered mail. Winners will be announced via Home Credit Philippines official Facebook page. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with picture and the official notification letter. Prizes will be claimed at the nearest redemption centers. Redemption period of prizes is 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. All raffle prizes are non-transferrable. Home Credit and its partner retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo. Customer’s contract must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win. Customers who cancel their application will be disqualified from the draw. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
