1. HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (Home Credit) will launch “BIGTIME PASKONG PABUENAS” (“Promo”) which is open to all POS Loan and Cash Loan Customers of Home Credit with active and current accounts and 1-90 DPD.
2. This promo will run from December 1, 2022 (12am) – until December 31, 2022 (11:59pm) (“Promo Period”).
3. To qualify, a customer must have at least three (3) months remaining installments during the promo period.1.M1-M3 (1-90DPD) Customers must pay their outstanding balance including penalties and charges plus one (1) monthly installment in advance within the promo period.
   2. Pre-Collections Customers must pay their upcoming monthly installment including penalties and charges (if applicable) plus one (1) monthly installment in advance within the promo period.
   3. Clients who joined the November 1-30 promo- For those clients who joined the promo last November 1-30, 2022, all they have to pay is at least 1 monthly installment in advance.* Clients who follow the criteria above within the promo period will automatically earn 1 raffle entry
4. There will be 1 winner of P500,000 cash prize.
5. Electronic raffle draw will be held on January 13, 2023 (Friday) at 1:00pm via video conference with the presence of a DTI representative.
6. Winners will be notified through e-mail, social media and callout via their available contact information on file with Home Credit. The winner will also be notified via registered mail.
7. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with picture and the official notification letter when claiming their prizes.
8. Home Credit and its partner-retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.
9. Redemption period of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.
10. An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present an authorization letter, photocopy of winner’s ID and 2 valid IDs of authorized representative. Winners may claim their Prize at the Home Credit Office – 7^th floor Spark Place Bldg., P. Tuazon Ave corner 10^th Ave. Cubao, Quezon City. Provincial winners may coordinate at the nearest HC Consumer office in their area.

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other ongoing promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by Home Credit.
3. 3. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.

1. From Home Credit’s Database, we will select all qualified customers for the raffle. Due dates, date of payments, telephone or mobiles and address of customers are available in Home Credit’s Database. Customer must pay at least (2) monthly installments or (1) monthly installment including possible penalties and charges within
   December 01, 2022 (12am) – until December 31, 2022 (11:59pm).
2. Upon payment of customer due amount from December 01, 2022 (12am) – until December 31, 2022 (11:59pm), the contract number of the said customer will be included in a Promo file with his/her pertinent information like address and telephone number taken from Home Credit Database.
3. The created Promo file (containing the records of qualified customers with their contract number) will be uploaded in the collections database.

Drawing of Raffle Winner

1. The RND function will be used to generate random integers with the lower bound being 1 and the upper bound being the count of eligible contracts. RND function is a built-in function in EXCEL’s VBA.
2. The RANDOMIZE function is also added to ensure that a new seed for the RND function will be used every time the macro is being executed. In other words, this will ensure that the EXCEL file will not generate the same set of random integers every time there is raffle drawing.
3. The random integer generated will correspond to the number assigned to the contract (assigned number will be based on the contract’s row number in the EXCEL file). This will determine winning contracts.
4. A random integer will be generated for every winner.
5. Once a winner is selected, the winner will be removed from the list to avoid them from being selected again.
