Home Credit Online Payment Gateway is now available on the website!

Click the drawer menu and look for the Pay now Tab.

You need to input the following details. Loan Account number

Loan Account Number

You need to key in the 10-digit Loan account number of the loan contract you want to pay for. It is usually found in the loan document you received when you applied for the loan or from the loan details on your My Home Credit app.

Date of Birth

Amount to be paid

Input the minimum amount for the loan account you want to pay. Note that our payment gateway partner is not accepting payments lower than PHP 100.00. Please check your recommended payment due from your contract summary or My Home Credit mobile app to ensure seamless transaction.

Upon confirming that all details are correct, you will be redirected to our payment partners page to select your preferred payment option from the list and complete your transaction.

Once payment has been successfully transacted, you will be redirected back to Home Credit page to view your transaction receipt

Step 1:

Go to Pay Now Page

Click on the Payments tab on the navigation bar and look for the Pay Now button. Alternatively, you can click on the “Pay my Installments” button on the Cover Advisory Ribbon.

Once payment has been successfully transacted, you will be redirected back to Home Credit page to view your transaction receipt.

All Home Credit customers with an existing account or loan such as commodity loan, cash loan, or credit card can pay online through the My Home Credit app provided that they have a registered account in My Home credit app, a local debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo, or an active online account with BancNet, Unionbank, and BPI.

My Home Credit App

All Home Credit customers with an existing account or loan such as commodity loan or cash loan, can pay online through the My Home Credit app provided that they have a registered account in My Home credit app, a local debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo, or an active online account with BancNet.

You can make your payment by using your most updated version of My Home Credit app. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Click the “Pay” button in your My Account dashboard.
  2. Select Pay Online button
  3. Enter the amount you want to pay.
  4. Select payment option:
    • Local Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
      • 1. Click Add Card and enter your correct card details then save
      • 2. Check the loan details and provide authorization by clicking Confirm Payment button
    • Online BancNet Account
      • 1. Login with your online bank account
      • 2. Provide authorization and confirm payment
    • Over-the-counter: You may also pay through our payment partner stores. Select your preferred partner store and read the instructions on how to pay over-the-counter.
  5. The transaction receipt will be available once payment is successful.

Note: Payments made via My Home Credit app may take 24-48 hours before it will reflect on our System. You will receive an SMS once we received your payment.

You must have the most updated version of My Home Credit app and be ready with your 10-digit Loan Account No. and correct details for your online bank account or local Visa/Mastercard debit card.

You will see the transaction receipt and receive an SMS once your payment is posted in our system. You may also check the details of your payment in Payment Schedule of your My Account dashboard.

Yes, the minimum amount to pay is P50.00. You can pay lower or higher than your monthly installment or minimum amount due but not below P50.00.

There is a processing fee of PHP 15.00 per transaction. For BPI and Unionbank customers, it is free of charge until June 30, 2021. We will communicate the fee for each bank by then.

Penalties and late charges incurred between March 17 to May 31 only will be waived in support of Bayanihan to Heal as One Act. Otherwise, there is a late fee for payments made past the due date. There are also penalty charges depending on how long the account is past due. You can check your contract for the schedule of penalty charges.

Payments may take up to 48 hours before it reflects on your account. If it is still not showing by then, email us your 10-digit Loan Account No., transaction number,amount paid, payment channel where payment has been made and date of payment to info@homecredit.ph.

Your payment might be rejected if your online bank has insufficient balance, is not valid, or is already closed.

We recommend that you contact your issuing bank to check on your account.
