Who can enroll to auto debit payments via the My Home Credit app?
All Home Credit customers with an existing account or loan can enroll to auto debit payments thru the latest version of the My Home Credit app (v8.15). You just need to register your account(s) and your local debit card with a VISA or a Mastercard logo.
How do I set up auto debit payments via the app?
Setting up auto debit payments via the My Home Credit app is easy! Just make sure your app version is 8.15 and up.
- Click the "Pay" button in your My Account dashboard.
- Select "Auto Debit Arrangement" and tap "Set up now"
- Select Debit Cards Auto Debit under “What accounts to enroll”
- Click Add Card. Read the instructions on how auto debit works and the terms and conditions, and tap “Continue” if you agree to what you have read and proceed to next steps.
- Enter card details then click "Save"
- Enter the OTP received via SMS
- Check all the details are accurate, then press “Confirm and Enroll”.
- You will see a confirmation message once your enrollment is successful, or a different message if it isn’t.
What do I need to set up auto debit payments with my debit card via the My Home Credit app?
All you need is to download the latest version of the app (v8.15 and up) and be ready with the details of your local VISA/Mastercard debit card.
Is there any processing fee when enrolling in auto debit payments using my debit card?
There is a processing fee of 3% on the total amount that will be debited or deducted on your bank account per month for all new enrollments starting March 29, 2022
Can I use my credit card to set up auto debit payments via the My Home Credit app?

When are you deducting my monthly installment in my account?
If enrollment was done before the recommended due date, debiting will take effect immediately.

Due Date: September 24, 2020
Recommended Due Date: September 21, 2020
Enrollment date: September 20, 2020
Debiting date: September 21, 2020
If enrollment was done on or after the recommended due date, debiting will take effect on the next recommended payment date.
Example:
Due Date: September 24, 2020

Enrollment date: September 21, 2020 - October 20, 2020
Debiting date: October 21, 2020
What should I do if my payment wasn't posted but my account balance was debited/deducted?
