How many items can I buy?
Currently you can only have 1 item per purchase. You can buy another item after you finish any active loan you have. We will introduce multiple item shopping later.
What are the payment options?
You can pay via installments (product loan) or straight cash (at the store). For installment payments, simply select an item, fill out the application form, and go to your selected store to finish the purchase with our SA.
Can I have my item delivered?
Currently we only offer in-store pick up. We will add delivery service later. You can still use the delivery service of the merchant - simply ask for it during your pick-up visit.
I can’t find a product I’m looking for
You can use the search bar or filters to find the product you want. If you still cannot find it, we probably don’t have this item yet. But don’t worry - we’re working on adding new products every day.
Who can sell products here?
Only certified and trusted brands are accepted to sell items in Home Credit Marketplace. You can always see merchant’s logo in the product details.
Can I use cash for payment?
You can pay in straight cash at the store.

There are many reasons why your product loan application could get cancelled. You can call our customer support to ask more questions: (02) 7753 5711. If your application got cancelled, you can re-apply at any moment.

There are many reasons why your product loan application could get rejected. You can call our customer support to ask more questions: (02) 7753 5711. If your application got rejected, you can re-apply after 3 months.
My application was pre-approved
Congrats! That means you can follow the pick-up instructions and finish your product loan application in the store - it’s gonna be fast and you only need to bring your 2 valid IDs you used during the application.
What do I need to pick-up my item?
Before you visit the store, make sure you have the 2 valid IDs with you. Bring the IDs you have used during the application.
What if the item was lost, stolen or defected?
Because you are buying your item from a selected merchant, you can refer to the merchant’s return and refund policy. You can find these on the product page. We will soon offer special insurance and other services to protect your item on top of the merchant’s standard.
How can I pay my Home Credit loan?
