How do I file for a claim if the screen of my covered device breaks?

To file for a claim:

  1. Notify our service provider, Bolttech, by: (i) registering on the online portal at https://sr.bolttech.asia; or (ii) calling 0939 405 7718/0945 601 3601, Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 5pm (including public holidays). [Claiming instructions also provided in the certificate of coverage]
  2. Submit repair request for the device  within 30 calendar days from the date when the incident occurred to Boltech, otherwise, Bolttech reserves the right to deny the repair request.
