Jr. Product Manager

  1. Collect relevant market information for development of new products through independent research and collaboration with potential partners outside Home Credit
  2. Effectively negotiate terms, and conduct review of business agreements and contracts with partners (service providers, insurance companies, etc)
  3. Champion proposed new product concepts to internal counterparts, assist in design and coordination of new processes, and secure buy-in of key stakeholders
  4. Manage product rollout process, ensuring all internal units are adequately informed and prepared to support new product/enhancement prior to launch

Loyalty Program Manager (Credit Card Specialist)

  1. Minimum of two years of experience in customer life cycle/customer relationship management, preferably in financial services
  2. Experience in dealing with external vendors
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent
  4. Strong planning, analytical, communications, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing, interpersonal and project management skills
  5. Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines, units and at senior levels within the organization

Process and Data Analyst

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent
  2. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Product Analyst

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication / presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
  5. Basic knowledge of project management process and tools (MS Project, Asana) is preferred
  6. Practical experience and knowledge of ORACLE SQL is an advantage

Junior Process Manager

  1. Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written, daily use)
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Good computer skills (MS Office or similar, Visio, EA or similar; MS Project Management)
  4. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills and attention to detail
  5. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  6. Ability to interact effectively with various departments within the organization
  7. Certified Lean Six Sigma Belt is an advantage
  8. Accuracy, credibility, loyalty, the ability to anticipate problem situations and trying to prevent them
