Payroll Specialist

As part of our growth, your task will be:
  • Prepare, summarize and validate all payroll inputs (deductions and earning) for upload to SAP
  • Validate all payroll inputs (deductions and earnings) prior to upload to SAP
  • Process payroll in SAP,  validate wagetype report and payroll report
  • Administer prepare and compute statutory and company benefits
  • Provide assistance in administering, preparation and computation of employee benefit programs
  • Handle timekeeping and payroll input and validation
  • Facilitate Request for Crediting (RFC) of Operational expenses and other allowances
  • Administer accurate bank crediting every payroll and RFC schedule
  • Administer prepare and compute statutory and company benefits
  • Process accurate OneHub payment for government remittances
  • Preparing and maintaining reporting of HR 
  • Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned by  the Manager from time to time

You know you are the perfect fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or HR-related courses
  • At least 3 year(s) of solid working experience in performing the same functions is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP payroll, taxation, benefits, and other government mandates related to the area of compensation and benefits.
  • Ability to operate SAP payroll and accounting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
