- Strong background in product planning for consumer and commercial markets, preferably in retail, consumer financing, fintech, rewards
- Mastery of consumer shopper beliefs, behavior, attitude and emerging preferences
- Strong knowledge of trends in Asia and developing marketins outside Asia where best practices can be re-applied to Loyalty. offline and online channels experience, with depth of knowledge of physical and online channels
- Has solid experience in strategic planning and execution of trade & marketing programs that deliver results
- College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in business development, planning preferably from fintech, telco, hardware, rewards platforms like Booky, Globe Rewards, Grab.
- GAME PLANNING with all stakeholders to drive strategy, new partnerships, plan of action and roadmap
- PROPOSITION and green-lighting of product/business ROADMAP - aimed at delivering brand differentiation, user experience, innovation and merchant programs
- DISTRIBUTION strategy, identify and analyze potential medium to large sized merchant and partners, and harvest them for sustainable programs.
- Smile Rewards role to Home Credit PROFITABILITY by initiating or partnering with various business streams of the company
- High-level planning and IDEA product development related to USER JOURNEY/CONSUMER EXPERIENCE, aimed at improving NPS score, transaction flow,
- Collaborate with MARKETING & CRM Teams for executing the Stream communications strategy and execution.
