Digital Product Owner

As part of our growth, your task will be:

• Creates and maintain product roadmap, understand the goal, suggest solutions
• Organize regular alignment and prioritization with stream leader and important product stakeholders
• Manage product backlog with properly described user stories and maintain proper format of ideas, epics and user stories
• Create and manage product documentation of mobile app features and keep it updated and accessible for entire company
• Use proper tools and workflow to run regular scrum events as Sprint Retrospective, Sprint reviews and Daily Standups
• Educate stakeholders about scrum practices and proper workflows
• Great communication skills towards stakeholders and scrum masters
• Knows how to lead and motivate the team for best performance
• Prefers data-drive decisions over opinion-driven ones
• Has self-reflection, but also stands his/her ground
• Knows how to manage stakeholder’s pressure through planning and communication
• Actively looking for the product optimization and improvements based on gathered data (user feedback, analytics, competitor benchmark, etc.)

You know you are the perfect fit if you have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Product Owner role
• Experience with owning customer facing digital product
• Ideally experience with Android-based mobile product
• Ability to shape and define the product’s purpose and functions
• Strong experience with translating requirements into user stories
• Ability to manage product development scope
• Able to help stakeholders with defining their business case
• Ability to prioritize based on both business and customer impact
• Ability to manage product backlog
• Experience with driving product optimization through data & feedback
