As part of our growth, your task will be:
- Strategy and Category Management
- Establish compelling marketing strategy and execution plan to ensure that we win in the category, while working within budget
- Develop marketing plan, working with stakeholders, and provide overall go-to-market strategy (including tactical efforts) for growing and sustaining the category
- Drive category awareness by creating communications strategy across target customer segments by working with Brand team
- Influence desired sales process (including digital platforms) and customer journey by working with relevant units
- Identify and address gaps in customer needs
- Maximize co-branding opportunities with retailers and strategize & develop mutually beneficial partnerships
- Ongoing management, differentiated coaching, feedback and support to Direct reports
- Ensure compliance to internal and external policies, regulations and guidelines and maintain a strong governance discipline for all forms of comms
You know you are the perfect fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related fields
- With at least 8 years experience in Marketing, handling campaigns/ product promotion
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- Highly analytical with excellent presentation skills
- This person needs to be very organized and should have excellent project management skills
- Should be versatile and flexible. Should be able to converse and engage with cross-functional teams easily.
- Brand management experience an advantage
