Sr. Manager VAS Sales

You know you are the perfect fit if you have:

Strong background in sales, preferably in retail consumer finance
Experienced in working with different departments and managing multiple projects a a time
High flexibility and adaptability on changes from strategy, overall direction and scenarios of the like
College Degree preferrably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing and other associated degrees
At least 10 years of experience in sales, 5 years experience in sales of financial products and services
At least 5 years managerial experience
Experienced in managing project teams and efficient partner relation management

As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:

Managing VAS Sales across all channels and for all Value-added Service/Products (Life Insurance, Device Protection, Appliance Protection, Home Insurance, Telco Services, Subscriptions, etc)
Deliver VAS Sales Targets across all channels and markets and across all VAS Products
Ensure all partners are engaged and focused on delivering VAS sales
Overseeing day-to-day operations of VAS sales, including sales network performance and and mobile app performance
Managing VAS Sales team in project implementation and product management.
Training (in-room and on-field) of VAS Sales team and helping the members develop their skills
Ensure VAS Sales initiatives are profitable
Provide overall push for all VAS sales initiatives, to deliver income and profit goals
