Learning and Development Officer

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or any related course..
  2. At least five (5) years working experience, with at least 2 years in corporate HR function particulary in Training, OD, Talent Management, or HR Business Partner.
  3. Experienced in program facilitation, group process and program/module design.
  4. Certification for programs or tools related to training or coaching (i.e. DDI Facilitator, Franklin Covey, ICF, etc) is preferred.

Recruitment Director

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  2. At least 7 years of directorial experience in corporate and volume recruitment is required for this position
  3. Knowledgeable in conducting performance management and measurement with the team of highly experienced managers, team leads, specialists, operators, and agents to achieve optimum performance level
  4. Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City and visit various corporate sites across NCR

  1. At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development
  2. At least 10 years experience in HR, having handled various areas of HR
  3. Strong expertise and experience in job and organizational design
  4. Proven ability in designing, implementing, and executing organizational and talent strategies
  5. Experienced in applying change management principles, practices, processes and techniques
  6. Knowledge and experience in utilizing organizational development models and assessment tools
  7. Experienced in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders

HR Quality and Audit Specialist

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Analytical thinking with demonstrated talent in identifying opportunities
