We are partnered with major retailers that carry a wide range of brands for the items you can purchase with a Home Credit loan. However, brand availability varies per store. We recommend that you inquire directly with our partner retailers to make sure that the item you want is available in their stores.
Interest varies depending on various factors such as the price of the item you want to buy, the down payment you can afford and your chosen payment terms. Our Sales Agent at the store will be able to help you select a payment plan with monthly installments within your reach. You can also use your Loan Calculator to have an idea of how much your monthly installments will be.
Aside from the flexible down payment, you only need to pay a minimal processing fee equivalent to 3% of the financed amount.
Our approval process usually completed within 1 minute after completing the application form with our Sales Agent. This is designed to make sure approved customers get to bring home their new purchases within the same day!

Home Credit is a financial service that provides the fund for purchase of various items but not the good itself. For defective items under warranty, customers may coordinate directly with the store where they purchased the item.
You may view your loan details and payment information anytime online using My Payments web portal or My Home Credit App.

Yes, we offer loan insurance to help you be ready for any eventuality. For the other details we refer customer to SA. You may ask our Sales Agents for addition of insurance coverage to your loan.
- All customers who successfully enroll in ADA from July 18, 2022 to January 18, 2023 are eligible for the one-time ADA rebate of PHP100.
- The next monthly installment after an approved ADA must also be successfully debited from the customer's bank account. This MUST be the FULL monthly installment.
- The PHP100 rebate will automatically be deducted from the customer's monthly installment.
For example: If customer's monthly installment is PHP1,000, we will only deduct PHP900 from their bank account and we will credit PHP100 to their Home Credit loan on the same day.
*for customers who enroll via BDO eADA, PHP100 will be credited to the customer's bank account in the next banking day.
- Customers will be notified via SMS on the same day they receive the rebate.
All kinds of ADA enrollment for POS and Cash Loan are included (traditional ADA, eADA) except MIDLIFE
No, customers who enroll via Recurring Payment are not eligible for any rebate.
No, all rebates (except for BDOeADA) will be credited to the customer's Home Credit loan
Customer will need to pay the monthly installment OTC. The rebate will be applied in the next month, once ADA is successfully enrolled and debited.
Yes, if a customer enrolls all Home Credit loans to ADA, each account will receive a rebate *following the set criteria
